Employee opinion surveys, either through consultancies or internally generated. Comparative analysis of results against relevant industry norms, and synthesis of resolutions to problems identified.
Focus group resolution of ER issues to instil ownership of solutions by employees.
COMMUNICATION PLANS
Formal Communication plans, using a wide range of media, to deliver the company message and obtain feedback, with cultural variation by country. Management involvement in design and delivery.
Design Orientation programs to promote company image, employee loyalty.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Generic or specific HR policy and practice formulation to enable culture change, using in-house management teams to ensure ownership.
Total Quality principles and processes to promote Continuous Improvement.
