Conduct structured Competency Analysis, for professional/technical competencies, as well as personal and managerial/leadership competencies, tailored to organisational needs.
Assess the extent to which employees possess Competencies needed. Formulate Training, Coaching and other development activities to enhance and integrate Job Evaluation, Selection Processes, Reward mechanisms and Compensation levels, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Career Development and Talent Management
ASSESSMENT & APPRAISAL
Design or tailor assessment/appraisal processes, focussing on competencies and results. Design of integrated Performance Management processes, including
through which individual and company-wide competency levels can be measured and improved
Design and delivery of Training Programs for Managers to implement and maintain those processes.
COACHING & MENTORING
Executive coaching in personal and business elements of leadership and people management. Management Development Programs include training in
methods of feedback, coaching and mentoring techniques relevant to the situation and the employee’s development phase,
peer coaching as well as subordinate, including seeking and offering support and counsel.
OBJECTIVE-SETTING
Objective setting and monitoring, integrated with incentive programs.
Developmental and business objectives, aligning and motivating employee efforts towards Company goals.
INCENTIVES & MOTIVATION
Executive, management and sales incentive plans, including the use of stock options for long-term results.
Non-financial reward and recognition programs. Motivation Assessment and Improvement through Climate Surveys, Communication Plans and Career Development programs.
